Clone your repository to your platform (your laptop, work computer, or AWS EC2 instance), complete the assignment, and add/commit/push your work to submit the assignment.
How you clone depends on whether you use HTTPS or SSH authentication. The GitHub repository page provides the URL for either of these cases.
git clone https://github.com/csc421-271/project2--_your_github_username_.git
git clone git@github.com:csc421-271/project2--_your_github_username_.git
To submit, add, commit, and push your work:
git add .
git commit -m "Project 2 submission"
git push
However, I recommend that you commit and push as you work on your project. This allows you to take advantage of the version history, branching, and stability provided by a Git repository.
