Instructions for Paper Presenters
Each paper presentation room will have an an LCD projector, and laptop
running Windows, with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
Presenters may use the laptop provided, or may use their own laptop.
Presenters who will use a conference laptop must bring their presentation
in electronic format, either a USB drive or CDROM.
Traditional overhead projectors will also be available.
Presenters should arrive at their session early, introduce themselves to
the session chair, and verify that the presentation displays correctly.
Presenters will have 20 minutes for their presentation and questions.
Session chairs will monitor the time and keep the sessions strictly on
schedule.

Instructions for Poster Presenters
The Poster Session will be held on
Tuesday, 8th May, 3:45-5:15pm,
as part of the conference reception.
The best paper, best student paper, and best poster awards will also be made
at the reception.
Please follow these instructions for preparing your posters.
- Poster preparation will be from 3:00pm.
- Each poster presenter will be provided with a poster board,
4 foot wide by 3 foot high ...
just like this.
Push-pins, glue sticks, and tape will be available to construct
your poster prior to the poster session.
If you have any needs beyond this, please email Geoff Sutcliffe and
we'll do our best to accomodate you.
- Poster presenters are expected to have their posters displayed by the
begining of the session, and be available to discuss your poster
for the duration of the session.
- If you want to keep your poster, you must take it with you at the end
of the poster session.
You cannot take the poster boards.
Any posters remaining after the end of the poster session will be
discarded.
