In addition, we will have a separate wifi connection in (almost) every room where WS, tutorial or main session is held, plus the beforementioned internet room. Bring your wifi cards and laptops!
For WS and (initial) tutorials we will have a projector connected to a desktop machine running win XP (and - maybe - linux as well). You can use your own laptop instead, of course. The desktop machine will have no internet connection, but you can - very likely - connect your own laptop to wifi. We will also have a paper board to write on. There will be no proper (large, non-paper) whiteboard.
We can also provide a third projector, if necessary (either in the internet room or as a second projector in a WS room). For example, we will have a projector in the internet room during CASC.
The main conference sessions will be held in a larger room than WS and (initial) tutorials, but the equipment is basically the same: projector, desktop machine (or use your own), wifi connection. There will be no proper (large, non-paper) whiteboard.
There is no need for mikes and amplifiers in smaller rooms, and we are currently investigating the question whether we need a mike and amplifier in the large session room (probably not).
We will have a small printer/copying machine at the registration desk: smaller printing jobs are possible, if really necessary.

Warning: in my experience the connectivity problems between different laptops and projectors are getting worse every year. You cannot be 100% sure that your laptop will be compatible with the provided projector! Be prepared for alternative options.
