Payment

Hardcopy receipts for all payments will be available at the conference. If you need one before then please email the conference organizers: email@CADE-19.info, providing the postal address where the receipt should be sent.

Credit Card

Credit card payments will be processed through PayPal, which incurs a 3.5% processing fee. That fee is added to your registration total.

Within a couple of days of submitting your registration a PayPal invoice email will be sent to the email address given in the registration. The email will contain a URL that will take you to a PayPal payment page. There you wil be required to supply some personal information and the necessary credit card details. (If you don't already have a PayPal account, you will automatically be given one - it's safe, and free for US issued credit cards. Sadly, there is an one time fee of $1.95 for using a non-US credit card, which is charged to your credit card.) If you don't want to wait for an invoice, you can pay preemptively through PayPal, paying to the email address geoff@cs.miami.edu - please also send me an email if you do that so I can coordinate the payment with the registration.

When the payment has been completed an email receipt will be sent to the email address given in your registration.

Cheque

Your cheque must be from a US bank (so that I can cash it!). Please make the cheque out to "Geoffrey Sutcliffe (CADE-19)", and post it to:

Bank Transfer

Transfer the money to the CADE-19 account at the Bank of America. The details are:
