CADE-14 Arrival Information

Arrival

By air: The airport lies on the outskirts of the city. Transport between the airport and the city is either by taxi (about $10) or airport shuttle ($6). The shuttle service runs to most major hotels, including the Sheraton. For persons arriving on Saturday 12th July, please email us your flight details, and we'll meet as many flights as possible (if we're there, you'll see us!).

By train or coach: The railway and coach stations are both about 2-3 km from the Sheraton and other hotels. Take a taxi to your hotel.

The First Bits of CADE-14

Registration: Registration is at the Sheraton on Saturday 12th from 4:00- 6:00pm, Sunday 13th from 8:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, and daily thereafter from 8:00am-6:00pm. There will be directions in the Sheraton foyer.

Workshops: The workshops are at the Travelodge on Sunday 13th, starting at 9:00am (8:30am for the Workshop on Automated Induction Theorem Proving). There will be directions in the Travelodge foyer.

Tutorials: The tutorials are at the Sheraton on Sunday 13th, starting at 9:00am for the morning tutorials and 2:00pm for the afternoon tutorials. There will be directions in the Sheraton foyer.

Reception: The reception is at the Quarterdeck on Sunday 13th, starting at 5:30pm. The Quarterdeck is directly opposite the Sheraton entrance. You must register and obtain your name tag before coming to the reception, so that you can be identified as a CADE-14 registrant.

Papers: The paper sessions are in Ballroom 1 of the Sheraton, starting on Monday 14th at 9:00am. The first paper is an invited lecture by Professor Wu Wen-Tsun.
